We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in developing our ultra-deep-tech innovative products and solutions for wireless energy transfer systems for autonomous robotics. The team deals with multidisciplinary R&D tasks for developing in-house solutions and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

● Board design (schematic and PCB layout) - power, analog and digital

● Ownership of complex, multi-layer PCB development

● BoM optimization, component selection, and cost-reduction activities.

● Supporting NPI processes and transition to manufacturing.

● Hands-on debugging, testing, and lab verification of prototypes.

● Cross-team collaboration: Hardware, Mechanics, Software, System, Validation, and Production.

Requirements:

● B.Sc. in Electrical engineering.

● 7+ years of experience in hardware board design (schematic & layout - Altium preferred).

● Demonstrated experience with complex PCB routing and multi-layer stackups.

● Strong background in analog and power electronics (DC/DC topologies, sensing, noise & signal integrity). ● Familiarity with mass-production processes and DFM/DFT practices. ● Proficiency with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, soldering tools.

● Experience in EMI/EMC design and certification procedures – advantage.

Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in developing ultra-deep-tech products and solutions for wireless energy-transfer systems for autonomous robotics. This position is part of CaPow’s POC Group, leading rapid-cycle mechanical integration of CaPow technology into customer AMR/AGV platforms. The team deals with multidisciplinary R&D tasks for developing in-house solutions and platforms. Key Responsibilities

  •    Perform retrofitting and customization of robotic platforms (AMRs/AGVs) to support CaPow system deployment.
  •  Evaluate mechanical constraints, payload, interfaces, and installation limitations of commercial robotic systems.
  •  Develop mechanical concepts and integration solutions for a wide range of autonomous robot platforms.
  •  Design electromechanical assemblies and enclosures, in close collaboration with electrical and embedded teams.
  • Prepare detailed manufacturing documentation: mechanical drawings, PCB mechanical constraints, BOMs, and assembly specs.
  •  Perform hands-on mechanical design, lab assembly, and validation work.
  •  Support integration, deployment, and testing at customer sites (domestic and abroad).

Requirements

  •  B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Practical Engineer / Maker with 5+ years of mechanical design experience.
  •  Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Experience working with AMR/AGV robotic platforms

Integration & Validation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Integration & Validation Engineer to join our R&D

team and take part in developing our ultra-deep-tech innovative products and solutions for wireless energy transfer systems for autonomous robotics. The team deals with multidisciplinary R&D tasks for developing in-house solutions and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute and analyze end-to-end systems/products including hardware & embedded

integration tests.

● Designing and building test setups from the first-level design, testing and studying E2E system

operation at nominal and corner scenarios.

● Be a major part of product HW design, including characterization, implementation, and testing.

● Knowledge of all CaPow’s systems, use-cases, installations, and interfaces.

● Close work with HW/Mechanical/Embedded/ASIC and production teams.

● Reliability and compatibility tests according to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Robotics Integration Team Leader

CaPow is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to lead the integration of our advanced wireless power technology into robotic platforms (AMR/AGV) in real-world industrial environments. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and system-level work, with significant on-site involvement, including visits to customer sites for installations, system reviews, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead a small multidisciplinary team responsible for integrating CaPow’s wireless-power modules into autonomous robotic platforms.

● Perform mechanical and electrical integration, wiring, and assembly on various AMR/AGV systems.

● Conduct on-site installations, field testing, and system commissioning at customer facilities.

● Evaluate robotic platforms from multiple vendors to ensure optimal compatibility with CaPow’s technology.

● Collaborate closely with R&D, hardware, and software teams to refine integration processes and support product evolution.

● Provide technical feedback and documentation based on field experience.

● Support live demos, pilots, and customer evaluations of the CaPow system.

Requirements:

● B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

● 5+ years hands-on experience integrating systems in the robotics or automation industry.

● Familiarity with AMR/AGV platforms and industrial robotic ecosystems.

● Strong understanding of both mechanical design and electrical systems.

Support and Post-Sale Engineer Position

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support and Post-Sale Engineer at CaPow.

The Support and Post-Sale Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to

customers both on-site and remotely, assisting with sales and pre-sale efforts, and overseeing the implementation of CaPow’s power delivery solutions in customer environments, with full ownership of PoC processes.

The role requires availability to provide remote technical support and respond to customers

across different time zones, as needed, to support global customers. This availability relates to responsiveness and support coverage and does not necessarily involve travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Sales / Presales / Field Application / Technical

Support roles

• Proven on-site track record at customers’ premises abroad

• Experience in sales and customer relationship management

• Proven experience with PoC and presale efforts

• Hardware / Electronics knowledge — a major advantage
